On Campus RecruitingInformation for FacultyHow Does On-Campus Recruiting Work?Upon employer request, student resumes from our database are sent via email for pre-select for full-time or internship opportunities. Students will need Microsoft Word to create resumes and employers will need the same along with a web browser to open the resumes. Once an employer identifies student candidates, those students are contacted and instructed to select a slot on the interview schedule(s). Employers are encouraged to conduct an employer presentation the afternoon prior to or the morning of the interviews. Students on the interview schedule are strongly encouraged to attend the presentation since much of the material covered will not be addressed during the interview. Attendance at the presentation is part of the interview process. In addition, employers sometimes leave openings in their schedule(s) for students who attend the presentation and were not part of the batch of resumes sent for pre-select. We have three modern interview rooms, fully equipped with telephone, PC, and internet connection. Also available is a professional presentation room for employer use. Equipped with PC, internet connection, and LCD unit, it seats 15-20 comfortably.
